("Paymentech") is a registered Third Party Processor ("TPP") with VISA and MasterCard authorized to provide Merchant Acquirers with Authorization & Capture, Clearing & Settlement, and other fulfillment processing services. Credit Card Transactions, Inc., ("CCTI") and Paymentech have formed a strategic alliance to provide TPP services to CCTI merchants. Merchant ID records ("MIDs") and terminal ID records ("TIDs") are built by CCTI on the Paymentech databases. Point-of-sale terminals are downloaded with MID, TID, and toll-free number to route through Paymentech for Authorization & Capture and Clearing & Settlement.
